Only very friendly humans make it into our team! This means we are professional when appropriate, but
for 99% of the time
you will be dealing with HUMANS ... (friendly humans)
3: We don't represent many brands
We
never will. We are extremely fussy about who we work with and so only work with companies that
share the same values about the professional industry. It means
we know our products and believe 100% in
those products so we
can be passionate about everything we offer without
“faking” it.
So that's us, that's what we believe in. We know the industry and we know the products but we also listen to what salon owners are saying about other industry standard suppliers.
• My supplier is no fun!
• My supplier just doesn't listen
to me
• I don't trust my supplier. They
have not always been truthful with me in the past. especially when a
mistake is made
• My supplier just isn't friendly. They're too corporate so we just feel like we're another
