Can anyone buy product?No. We supply products for professional hairdressers working within a professional hairdressing business. No exceptions. Any member of the public can [contact us] for details of professional stockists in their area.
Is there a minimum order value or qty of products?We do not impose any kind of rules on how much is ordered. However, you may be billed for shipping where smaller orders are placed.
I am a professional hairdresser but I do not currently work within a salon.
Can I still buy products?No. We would encourage you to get back in touch when you are once again within a professional business.
Who can attend a workshop or event?Any professional stylist working within a salon which is a genuine customer of the PH group. Events selected must coincide with those brands that are purchased and carried.
How do I register to purchase items?In order to purchase event tickets or products you must first register. The [registration page] will collect some details about your professional credentials and your request will be sent for approval. You may be contacted during this process. Registrations are typically approved within 24 hours. Hair industry members can view all product details and purchase event tickets. Full access members can purchase all products or event tickets and can also access our business toolbox.
How can I place my order?Approved account holders can order items using the following methods: In person with your salon consultant; direct with the head office 0333 1234 411; by email: orders@thephgroup.co.uk or online at www.thephgroup.co.uk (registered account required)
I want to purchase a ticket for an education event?Anyone calling in to purchase tickets will need to provide an email address in order for us to confirm your place. Details of the event will be emailed along with confirmation of your booking & event terms & conditions. Ticketed events will also be confirmed using email. Tickets will be sent out in the post to the address provided no later than 5 days prior to the event start date.
How do I change or cancel my order?You can cancel or make amendments to an order by calling 0333 1234 411 or email orders@thephgroup.co.uk. Registered account holders can also manage their orders being prepared via the "[my account]" section on our website. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been fulfilled and shipped, you have a 24 hour period starting from receipt of goods in which to notify us of your cancellation. Under such circumstances a charge will be made to cover all shipping and collection costs.
I would like to pay, what are the options?You can hand a cheque to your salon consultant at your place of business (please reference the bill number on the reverse). Cheques are made payable to "PH Group". You can call in with payment details on 0333 1234 411. Or you can make a payment online via the "[my account]" section. Customers with regular order patterns can also set up a Direct Debit agreement.
