On receipt of your goods, If any items are faulty or damaged you have a 24 hour period in which to notify us so that we can take immediate corrective action. We recommend that goods are checked as soon as they are received in order to meet the 24 hour reporting period. You will normally be asked to sign for goods on delivery and we again suggest that you double check case quantities prior to signing and do NOT sign or accept anything that has obvious visible damage or that you are not 100% satisfied with for any reason.

If you change your mind & wish to return an order or specific items from an order, you must notify us of your request within a 24 hour period starting from your receipt of the goods as recorded by the courier and the signed recipient.  Under such circumstances we reserve the right to make an administration charge to cover any shipping/collection costs and all standard items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Opened/used or non re-salable items will not be considered for exchange.
