Booking
To secure your place on
any of our events, full payment is taken at the time of booking. We cannot take provisional bookings or reserve any places whatsoever. All delegates must
provide their full name and contact details.
The
preferred method of payment for all education is by credit or debit card. Please see the payment option page for alternative methods. A VAT invoice and
receipt will be sent out once full payment has been received along with a welcome
pack.
All published prices shown for event tickets/places exclude VAT which is charged at the standard UK rate of 20%
Cancellation policy
Cancellations
made within 5 working days of the event date will be billed the full amount. Amendments made more than 5 days prior will be subject to a 50% charge. Should a cancelled place be resold a further 25% of the full event cost will be refunded to the orginal delegate who cancelled.
If
you find that you are unable to attend a course (or send someone else in your
place), please notify us as soon as possible on 0333 123 4411 as there may be
someone on a waiting list who would like to take your place.
The PH Group reserves the right to change the date and/or venue of an event where necessary and at
the discretion of the PH Group. Every attempt will be made to give maximum notification to delegates of any such changes.
If
a course has to be cancelled at the last moment for reasons outside the control
of the PH Group, we will refund you the price of the course. THe PH Group are not liable for any other expenses incurred by participants or their companies
due to the cancellation.
Event expectations
Where practical work is expected, stylists
should bring all of their own hand tools, electrical tools and accessories (Clips
and pins)
We
advise that you arrive at the venue promptly for registration which is usually
15 minutes before the course start time. We emphasise that the finish time is
estimated, and ask that you consider this when arranging transport and parking.
There
will
be numerous opportunities during the workshops to take short breaks.For
full day workshops there is always a lunch break of at least 45
minutes.
In
order to respect the educators and other paying delegates, mobile
phones should be turned off throughout the duration of an event.
Regional events
What do I need to bring with me?
You will need to bring your own hairdressing equipment including
your electrical tools.
What happens when I get there?
When you arrive at the venue there will be someone from the PH
Group to meet you at the registration desk and check you in.
What do I take away?
We will provide a mannequin head and all the relevant support
material, you will also receive a certificate after completing the workshop.

In-Salon events
In salon training usually starts with a short discussion & theory session. This is then followed by a practical session for which you will need to provide a willing model. Specific details will be issued to you once your event is booked and confirmed.
The salon must remian CLOSED for the duration of any in-salon event. All In-Salon events are strictly limited to a maximum of 3 hours in the salon when
delivering a practical session and a 1.5 hours when delivering theory or
product knowledge.
